Rooftech were contracted by the project managers of this brand new retirement village in Taradale, Napier – Ascott Park.
We carried different style of roofing for the main complex, and the individual units, which included metal tile roofing, fascia and spouting.
With more units still to be built, this project continues to be on our books for the next while.
